During the planning stages of Clinic 95, a purpose built clinical and teaching facility, I met with a number of companies, with a view to taking care of the installation of the equipment. As we had multiple suppliers already involved, it was preferable to have a dental supplier who could take care of everything. I met with several and selected Neil from Mercia. During the project Neil and his team worked alongside the architects and builders to find solutions and work towards the completion of the clinic. In addition to installing new equipment, he relocated some older equipment. At all stages he looked for solutions to problems and remained calm despite any difficulties that may have arisen. Since opening we have continued to work with Mercia for repairs and renewals and have always found them to be efficient and knowledgeable and responding quickly when the need arises.
