Our techincal team can provide free impartial advice over the phone on a variety of major equipment.

If we can’t find a solution over the phone we have expert techincians in your region who can provide support and assistance either same-day or next day in an emergency.

Each member of our techincal team is customer-facing and is able to provide not only guaranteed repairs but should you require new equipment or quotations and designs for a new surgery or decontamination room, they can arrange everything for you at that time, free of charge.

  4. Dental Stool and Chair Re-upholstery Service

Service Agreements

Our service starts with a free of charge visit to your practice to audit and assess the equipment. We then provide a bespoke service agreement to suit your equipment and your individual needs.

  2. Priority and lunchtime visits at no extra cost.
  3. 10% discount on labour charges for all reactive breakdown call outs.
  4. 10% discount on full annual payment.
